Netstreams chairman Jim Hammock has a proven track record of guiding technology start-ups to success. He has served as CEO for Hire.com, Silicon Design Labs, Silicon Compiler Systems, Unify, Coronet, and Calico Technology – all of which experienced significant growth in investor value under his tenure. Jim is also currently chairman of Hire.com, and sits on the board for Credant Technologies, Between Markets, and the Austin Technology Council. Previously, Jim served as President of the IC Division of Mentor Graphics. Jim consulted with prestigious venture capital firms. Prior consulting roles include Kleiner, Perkins, Caufield & Byers and Techxas Ventures. In addition, Jim was the founding chairman of the Electronic Design Association Companies. During his career, he has managed ten mergers and acquisitions, gaining considerable experience in operations and strategic planning. Jim began his career with 16 years in sales and marketing at IBM and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Texas A&M University at Commerce.
